Annastasia Christoforou Fox - Solicitor

Annastasia is a solicitor in our Private Wealth Disputes team. Whilst she qualified as a solicitor in March 2024, she previously worked as a paralegal in the lifetime planning team, giving her a strong foundation in the non-contentious private client side.

She has experience in will validity challenges, restitution and rectification claims, executor disputes and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975. She also advises on Proprietary estoppel claims, amongst other trust matters and contentious Court of Protection applications. With her equine background, she is uniquely placed to advise on estates with agricultural aspects.

Annastasia is calm and patient with clients at what is often a very challenging time in their lives; she carefully guides them through the issues and appreciates that clients all have different requirements and cost limitations. Accordingly, she will tailor her approach to clients and the issues they face, providing pragmatic, cost-effective advice that suits their individual needs. Annastasia’s foundation in lifetime planning equips her perfectly to identify issues quickly and to work to find solutions for clients. She works collaboratively across the firm in multi-disciplinary disputes, always putting the client first, and is excellent at securing results at mediation and through other means of alternative dispute resolution.
