Lauren Johns - HR Consultant

Lauren is a Senior HR Consultant and joined Ashtons HR Consulting in 2016.

Lauren spends her time assisting her clients with all aspects of employment relations including: disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, absence and performance management.

Lauren enjoys all aspects of people management and has a particular interest in employee wellbeing.

Lauren’s HR journey started in 2011 where she began as an HR Administrator. She self-funded her Level 7 CIPD qualification while working full time and became a HR Advisor, and then a HR Consultant.

Lauren has worked across many different industries including Facilities and Manufacturing and being a Consultant that comes with everything in between.
