Lauren Johns - HR Advisor
Lauren is an HR Advisor and joined the firm in 2016.
She is knowledgeable in all aspects of employment relations including disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, absence and performance management.
Lauren enjoys all aspects of people management and has a particular interest in employee wellbeing.
Lauren’s HR journey started in 2011 when she began as an HR Administrator and self-funded her Level 7 CIPD qualification while working full time.
She has worked in Facilities and Manufacturing and spent many years as a Consultant for small businesses, which covered everything in between.
