Claire Sleep - Partner
Claire qualified as a solicitor in October 2003 and joined the firm in March 2014 from Eversheds LLP in Cambridge.
Claire has worked for a wide range of clients during her career including both employers and employees. She carries out a broad range of HR advisory work. Recent examples of her work include advising on a significant sex discrimination case for a large employer in the region and advice regarding a collective redundancy exercise working in conjunction with a HR Consultant. Claire has significant experience in working with higher education and private schools in and around Cambridge.
Claire is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association. She has significant experience in handling Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal matters.
Claire regularly carries out Employment Law training for organisations (including Volvo (now SMT) and a large number of Cambridge Colleges) on a wide range of employment law issues such as Managing Employee Investigations and Equality and Diversity.
