Ashtons Legal advises Euston Ventures on United Silicones acquisition to strengthen manufacturing portfolio

Ashtons Legal has advised Bordon Industries, part of UK-based Euston Ventures, on its acquisition of United Silicones Limited, completed on 6 May 2026.

Euston Ventures invests in specialist manufacturing, industrial markets and product distribution. The acquisition expands its silicone manufacturing capability within its industrial components and process portfolio, complementing existing group businesses Silex, MVQ, and Pimseal.

Based in Farnborough, Hampshire, United Silicones manufactures silicone rubber and sponge products for UK and overseas customers in sectors including food manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and healthcare.

Ashtons Legal provided buyer-side legal advice to Bordon Industries on the acquisition, supporting its purchase of the specialist manufacturer. The Ashtons team comprised Craig Fiddaman, Aidan Rengert, Harry Kemp, Tom Beattie and Greg McCurday.

The firm advises buyers and sellers on business and share purchases, management buyouts and bank-funded acquisitions, aligning legal advice with clients’ commercial objectives.
