Catherine Lowes De Bank - Trainee Legal Executive

Catherine is a Trainee Legal Executive in our Lifetime Planning team.

She specialises in the drafting of Wills, creating Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration matters, and Deputyship matters.

Catherine is currently studying CILEx CPQ at the Advanced level.

Catherine has over 10 years of experience working in law and joined Ashtons in September 2025 from another regional firm, where she gained experience as a private client specialist advising in all aspects of this area.

Catherine provides her clients with clear and practical guidance with an empathetic and warm approach. She enjoys meeting a variety of clients and guiding them through matters that may otherwise be overwhelming.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys travelling and baking. She is a trustee of a local charity and has also spent time fundraising and making pottery at a local studio in Norwich.
