Fenella Eddell - Associate
Fenella is an agricultural lawyer with many years of experience acting for East Anglian farmers.
Fenella has a first-class degree in law and is married to a Suffolk farmer, so she pulls on both her educational and learned experience to advise and support agricultural clients. Fenella has particular knowledge of family farm partnership agreements and advises on how to pass farmland and assets safely to the next generation.
Her practical farming background helps her to take a swift and pragmatic approach to help farmers and landowners resolve issues. She provides the commercial framework they need to run successful businesses and prides herself on explaining legal matters to farmers in a straightforward way.
Outside of work, Fenella is a committee member in Suffolk for The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI), and enjoys all things to do with her countryside life, including life on the farm with her family, chasing after her rescue dogs (and children) and being a local school Governor.
