Fenella Eddell - Associate

Fenella is an agricultural lawyer with many years of experience acting for East Anglian farmers.

She has particular knowledge of dealing with land ownership matters, sales and purchases of farmland and also tenancy matters, including setting up Farm Business Tenancies.

Her practical farming background (she is married to a Suffolk farmer) helps her take a swift and pragmatic approach to helping farmers and landowners resolve issues and provide the commercial help they need to run successful businesses.

Fenella is experienced in land ownership after a death, as well as power cable documents, public rights of way problems and tenancies for non-agricultural use of farm buildings.

She works closely with Jeanette Dennis on family farm partnership agreements and advice on how to pass the farmland and assets safely to the next generation.

Fenella prides herself on explaining legal matters to farmers in a straightforward way.

She is a committee member in Suffolk for the The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI).

Outside of work, Fenella enjoys all things to do with her countryside life, including field sports and life on the farm with her family, chasing after her rescue dog and being a local school Governor.
