Eloise Eddy - Paralegal
Eloise is a paralegal in our Private Wealth Disputes team.
Eloise specialises in contentious probate, Court of Protection and wills and trusts disputes. Eloise is an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with all other members to ensure that work is carried out at the right level for her clients, with cost proportionality and client service being key. She assists with a broad range of claims, including those under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, will validity claims, executor disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, and other trust matters.
Eloise has a First Class LLB (Hons) in Law & Criminology from the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2015.
Previously, Eloise worked as a Legal Secretary at a leading firm in Ireland, specialising in defence litigation, handling claims at all Court levels, with a focus on motor, public, employer, and product liability, as well as professional negligence. She therefore has a wealth of litigation knowledge to offer clients in handling their claims. Having successfully completed the CPQ Advanced stage in 2024, Eloise is now a CILEX Advanced Paralegal (MCILEx). She is currently progressing through the final stage of the CILEX Graduate Qualification and is on track to become a qualified CILEX Lawyer.
