Alexandra Aizlewood - Trainee Legal Executive

Alexandra is a Trainee Legal Executive in the Medical Negligence team at Ashtons Legal, based in Norwich.

She joined the firm in 2022 as a Paralegal and has supported and gained experience from several senior members of the team on a wide range of complex medical negligence cases. Alexandra now manages her own caseload under supervision, with particular interests in claims involving maternal injuries following birth and stillbirth cases.

Alexandra has worked in clinical negligence since 2021, including experience at a national firm where she worked full-time in their Medical Negligence department during her final year at university. She graduated from Cardiff University with an LLB (Hons) in 2021 and is currently studying the CILEX Graduate Qualification.

She is committed to ensuring clients feel heard, supported and understood, recognising the importance of both emotional support and financial compensation in difficult circumstances. With a keen interest in medicine, she is particularly drawn to the investigative nature of medical negligence work.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys running, walking and spending time with her two young sons and her lively Labrador, Bertie.
