Kathryn Knight - HR Consultant

Kathryn is an HR Consultant, working as an integral part of the team of employment lawyers, advising clients on employee relation issues, HR policies and procedures, contracts of employment and staff handbooks.

Kathryn has experience providing on- site support to businesses in HR meetings such as investigations, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy consultation meetings and co-ordinates the panel of outsourced specialists who deliver this work. She has a conscientious and pragmatic approach to her work and enjoys building collaborative relationships with clients.

Kathryn has worked in HR consultancy roles for a number of years and is level 3 CIPD qualified.
