Megan Smith - Paralegal

Megan is a Paralegal in our Lifetime Planning team.

She specialises in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and probate. She also assists with vulnerable client work alongside Lynn Wicks.

Megan graduated from the University of South Wales in Cardiff in 2020.

Megan joined Ashtons Legal as a Legal Assistant in 2022, then progressed to a Paralegal role within the Private Client team. Throughout her career, she has gained experience assisting clients with estate administration, Wills and their LPAs.

Megan enjoys being client-focused. No enquiries are the same; you always learn something different and interesting about clients.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and looking after her two cats and family dog. She appreciates nothing more than a cosy night in with a good film.
