Nikola Gardocka - Paralegal
Nikola is a Paralegal in our Commercial Property team.
Nikola is experienced in providing legal and administrative support within commercial property transactions. She prepares and reviews legal documentation, conducts due diligence, manages post-completion matters, liaises with clients, lenders, agents and third parties, and supports solicitors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Nikola graduated in 2024 from the University of Nottingham (LLB Hons) in Law.
Nikola is a dedicated Commercial Property Paralegal with a strong background in supporting legal teams in delivering high-quality client services. Having progressed from a Commercial Secretary role to a Commercial Property Paralegal, and now continuing her career as a Commercial Property Paralegal, Nikola has developed extensive experience in managing legal documentation, coordinating transaction progression, conducting due diligence and legal research, and building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
Nikola provides a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented service, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their legal matter. Her focus is on delivering practical assistance efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client care.
Nikola enjoys the variety and pace of commercial property work, as well as the opportunity to support clients through important business transactions. Seeing a matter progress from instruction to completion is rewarding, and she takes pride in delivering organised, accurate, and proactive support throughout the process.
Outside of work, Nikola enjoys spending time with family and friends, and pursuing personal interests that promote her wellbeing.
