Lauren Briggs - CILEx Lawyer

Lauren specialises in new build residential property purchases but also deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions.

She joined our Residential Conveyancing team in 2015 as an apprentice and has since qualified as a CILEx Lawyer.

Lauren is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
