Lauren Briggs - Chartered Legal Executive

Lauren specialises in new build residential property purchases but also deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions.

She joined our Residential Conveyancing team in 2015 as an apprentice and has since qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx). In 2024, Lauren became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (MCILEx).

Lauren is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
