Zoe Hodge - Partner

Zoe is a Partner in the Court of Protection team.

Zoe specialises in helping vulnerable individuals and their families manage complex financial and legal affairs. She acts as a Deputy for a number of clients and advises Attorneys and lay Deputies to ensure they are acting within their authority.

Zoe advises on and prepares Court of Protection applications, including Deputyship, Statutory Wills, and gift and estate planning for vulnerable clients.

Having qualified in 2003, Zoe has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on private client matters, including Wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and inheritance tax planning. In recent years, Zoe has focused on Court of Protection services.

Zoe has a STEP Diploma (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners) and is a full member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a member of the Professional Deputies Forum

Zoe understands that many Court of Protection matters arise during challenging and emotional periods in people’s lives. Her aim is to provide clear, practical advice while building trusted relationships with clients and their families, helping them feel supported and confident in the decisions they need to make. Clients choose Zoe because she combines technical expertise with a genuinely compassionate approach. She takes time to understand each family’s circumstances and works collaboratively to find solutions that protect vulnerable individuals while achieving the best possible outcomes.

Zoe prides herself on helping vulnerable people and their families navigate complex situations and finding practical solutions that can make a real difference to their lives.

Outside work, as a mother of three young children, Zoe has little time for hobbies but does enjoy crafting and running.
