Eleanor Cooper - Personal Injury Executive

Eleanor is a Personal Injury Executive in our Personal Injury team.

Eleanor joined Ashtons in September 2024 as an Accident Executive, dealing with the recovery of special damages following a road traffic accident. In December 2024, she transitioned into a new role within that team as a Complex Claims Handler, which included litigation on claims where it was required and following the case right through to the Court Hearing date. Eleanor moved to her current role in April 2025, which incorporates general damages such as injuries suffered following an accident.

Eleanor looks to consider each case on an individual basis and work to push for the best possible outcome for my client.

Following the completion of her degree, Eeanor has been interested in pursuing the medical side of law, so the personal injury role is exciting for her. Eleanor also likes the idea of working closely with clients and making a difference by trying to generate a positive outcome following a difficult situation.

Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys spending time cooking, at the gym or with family and friends.
