Working with Recruitment Agencies

We work side by side with our hiring managers to find the best candidates for our vacancies.

We like to hire people directly, but we do have a preferred supplier list for when we need some extra help. This means that, should we need your assistance, we will contact you.

This means that we ask recruitment agents not to contact our Partners and Managers directly with a candidate’s CV.

Any introductions made outside of our process cannot be classed as a valid introduction – which means we are not bound by your terms and conditions. And this can mean that you will not be eligible for a recruitment fee.

To ensure that we are GDPR compliant at all times, any unsolicited and speculative CVs received by agencies will be deleted immediately.
