Employee groups

We are a firm that is proud to support many employee-founded groups such as the Diversity and Inclusion group, which leads and promotes new initiatives to promote our diverse and inclusive business, and the Health and Wellbeing group, which covers Mental Health, Women’s Health and other aspects of health as well as our CSR committee which supports Ashtons Charitable Trust as well as local community-based projects. We also have a team of Mental Health First Aiders which are really important aspect to our health and wellbeing offering.

Social events

We are a welcoming and supportive workplace with a community atmosphere. Each office has regular social events. Previously, these have included trips to Newmarket races, chocolate making, Christmas wreath making, and afternoon tea. These events allow you to make connections and network with your colleagues. There are virtual and in-person coffee mornings as well as firm-wide events, which usually involve a Summer BBQ and Christmas meal.

Small touches for you

Throughout the year, small touches such as Easter eggs at Easter, Hampers at Christmas, and the Core Values monthly award add to an environment that makes you feel valued by the firm.
