Joint settlement of £300,000 awarded to woman injured at work

Richard Foyster, a personal injury specialist at Ashtons Legal, has obtained over £300,000 for a woman involved in an accident at work.

A joint settlement was agreed after Ms L tripped at work, resulting in a relatively innocuous knee injury which subsequently led to complications that exacerbated pre-existing health conditions.
