Ashtons Legal advise Subgero Ltd on the sale of Ordtek Ltd
A multi-disciplinary team from Ashtons Legal has advised Subgero Ltd on the sale of the entire issued share capital in Ordtek Ltd to Venterra Group.
Ordtek Ltd provide unexploded ordnance risk management and geoscience techniques for new development projects both on land and on sea. The business has grown from strength to strength over the past 10 years and provides a niche area of service in the wind farm and other seabed industries.
Venterra Group partner with companies in the offshore wind industry, adding their management support and capital to fuel expansion.
Advising Ordtek on the sale were partner Paul Whittingham and solicitor Catherine Turner from Ashton’s Corporate and Commercial team. They were also assisted by partner Colin Makin from the firm’s Employment team.
