£250k Settlement obtained for rider knocked off moped

Richard Foyster, a specialist personal injury lawyer at Ashtons Legal, has obtained £250,000 for a moped rider involved in a collision.

Liability was admitted by the defendant but could not come up with an agreement to fund Mr L’s rehab. Mr L had a fracture to his Femur as well as subsequent psychiatric problems, including PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

Ashtons were able to arrange an intensive rehab program for Mr L which included private physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and psychiatric assessment and treatment.
