Multi-million pound personal injury settlement following life-changing workplace accident

Richard Foyster, who heads the personal injury team at Ashtons Legal, has obtained a substantial seven figure settlement for Mr P, who suffered life-changing injuries as the result of an incident at work.

Mr P suffered a crush injury which resulted in the need to have his leg amputated. An early interim settlement enabled a case management team to be put in place to ensure Mr P received appropriate support, early and comprehensive rehabilitation, the right prosthetics, and the support he needed to get his life back on track.
