Ashtons Legal advises on the sale of Drayton Old Lodge Limited
Ashtons Legal has recently advised owner John Barnard on the sale of his company, Drayton Old Lodge Limited, to a 360 property development company, Wilson Development Limited.
Wilson Development Limited, represented by Roger Margand at Spire Solicitors LLP, is well established in East Anglia and known for their luxury enterprise portfolio consisting of some of Norfolk’s most well-known staples including The Assembly House, The Pigs, Edgefield, and Byfords. The transaction will allow for the buyer to build 35 residential homes on the site in Drayton, Norfolk.
