Ashtons Legal advises Norwich Heating & Plumbing Supplies Ltd

Ashtons Legal has recently advised Norwich Heating & Plumbing Supplies Ltd on its acquisition out of administration of the Norwich operations of Heat Group (UK) Ltd.

Following the completion of the deal with the administrators, Norwich Heating & Plumbing Supplies Ltd will continue to operate the specialist heating and plumbing merchant business previously carried on by The Heat Group out of the City Trading Estate in Norwich.

The Ashtons Legal team was led by Corporate Senior Associate Mark Watson, Employment Partners Colin Makin and Ross Strowger, as well as a Commercial Property Partner.
