Eight new internal appointments at Ashtons Legal
Ashtons Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners, three senior associates and a further three new associates from within the firm.
Promoted to partner are Claire Hughes and David Sloman. Sophie Hearle, Alexandra Lush and Felicity Sparkes are now senior associates, and the new associates are Bethany Kyle, Tamara Penton and Harriet Richardson.
Claire Hughes will join the firm’s Management Board as Chief People Officer and David Sloman will become a partner in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Sophie Hearle works in Ashtons’ French Property team, Alexandra Lush in the Personal Injury team and Felicity Sparkes leads the firm’s Learning and Development internally.
Bethany Kyle is a member of the Medical Negligence team, Tamara Penton works in Business Systems, and Harriet Richardson is in the Lifetime Planning team.
On route to their new appointments, Claire, David, Sophie, Alexandra, Felicity, Bethany, Tamara and Harriet all completed the firm’s leadership programmes, which are delivered internally by Felicity herself and are an integral part of Ashtons’ staff development strategy.
