Appointment of new Corporate Partner

We are pleased to announce that Mark Henry has been appointed as a partner in Ashtons’ corporate team based in our Ipswich office.

Mark brings Ashtons’ corporate team up to seven partners, all working with businesses across East Anglia and beyond. The team is already recognised as one of the leading corporate teams in East Anglia, and Mark’s appointment is part of the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

Mark is a highly experienced corporate and banking lawyer advising businesses and funders on corporate and financing transactions across a range of sectors, including the food, transport, motor trade, manufacturing and technology sectors.
