Kieran Heyes - Solicitor

Kieran is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team.

Kieran advises clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant transactions, and property refinancing. He acts for businesses and property owners, providing practical advice throughout the lifecycle of their property interests.

Kieran studied Law at the University of Lincoln between 2017 and 2020 before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2021. He began his legal career at his first firm, progressing through roles as a paralegal, fee earner and trainee solicitor before qualifying in 2024. Kieran then worked as an Agriculture and Estates Solicitor before specialising in Commercial Property, where he advises clients on a wide variety of transactional and landlord and tenant matters.

Kieran provides clear, detailed and commercially focused advice tailored to his clients’ objectives. Kieran takes the time to understand their needs and priorities, helping them navigate transactions with confidence and building long-lasting professional relationships along the way.

Kieran enjoys helping clients through a wide variety of property matters and getting to know them personally, making every transaction about more than just business.

Outside of work, Kieran enjoys playing and watching football, following Formula One, and keeping up with sport in general.
