£95,000 obtained where insurers initially offered less than £3,000

Bernice Spurgeon, a lawyer in Ashtons Legal’s specialist personal injury team, has obtained a settlement of £95,000 for a lady from Ipswich who faces a future with chronic neck pain as the result of a road traffic incident in which her car was hit by another vehicle which turned out of a side road. She also suffered psychological injuries.
