Over £14,000 obtained for back injury

Tim Gleave, a personal injury specialist at Ashtons Legal, has obtained over £14,000 for Ms L from Suffolk who injured her back in the interests of good customer care. While she was working in a supermarket, she went to take out fireworks from a cabinet when the door fell off. She went to save the glass door from smashing and injuring a customer and in doing so aggravated an existing back condition.
