There was an increase of 0.5 per cent last month alone, it said.
Explaining the changes, IPD managing director for the UK and Ireland Phil Tily commented: ‘Over the second quarter of this year, the influences of yield and rents have softened, delivering much more temperate capital values movements in recent months.’
