Ashtons Legal succeeds against national competition for Union contract

Ashtons Legal (KCJ), has succeeded against national competition to win a contract from the UK’s largest civil service trade union, Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS).

PCS has a national membership of 360,000 people and over the next three years Ashtons Legal will provide advice, support and legal representation to members and their families who have been injured as a result of medical treatment. Ashtons Legal has been growing its national client base for Clinical Negligence for several years and working with PCS fits well with this strategy.
