Ashtons Legal boosts corporate and commercial team with another appointment

Ashtons Legal has recruited another Solicitor to join the thriving Corporate and Commercial team in Norwich.

David Sloman (far left in picture), who joined the firm shortly after qualifying, advises clients on a range of corporate matters including financing, transactions, constitutions, and restructuring. He also has experience assisting clients with their commercial needs, such as suites of contracts for the supply of goods or services, terms and conditions, and distribution and licence agreements.

David joined Ashtons Legal in September 2015 after he completed his training at a top regional firm in Norwich, prior to which he worked in-house in Cambridge for a global civil engineer.His appointment makes Ashtons Legal’s Corporate & Commercial Team one of the largest corporate law teams in Norwich and Norfolk.
