£7000 obtained for back injury from car accident

A Personal Injury Executive at Ashtons Legal, has obtained a £7000 payment for Mr B following spinal and shoulder injuries suffered in a car accident.

Mr B was stationary at a set of traffic lights when he was hit from behind by another car.As a result of the accident, Mr B suffered substantial injuries to the spine and shoulder.

Mr B was unable to work for a period of time resulting in a loss of earnings.

The insurers initially offered £4400, which was rejected and court proceedings were initiated. An offer of £7000 was accepted by Mr B during pre-trial negotiations.
