£40,000 obtained for injured cyclist in Cambridge

Diane Hilton, a personal injury specialist at Ashtons Legal, has obtained £40,000 for a woman who was injured in a cycling incident.

Ms P was thrown from her bike after a driver suddenly opened their door in front of her, resulting in her landing heavily on the ground. This caused multiple injuries including a fractured collarbone, a dislocated shoulder and various cuts and bruises.
