£180,000 settlement obtained … a second opinion was a good idea!

Ashtons Legal personal injury specialist Richard Foyster has obtained a settlement of £180,000 for a lady whose original solicitors were set to obtain only £15,000. Ms C was in her 30s when she suffered a fractured femur as the result of an accident at work. Because she was a Union member, the Union solicitors began her claim. However, on this occasion Ms C was dissatisfied with the advice and service provided and came to Ashtons for a second opinion on the recommendation of a friend who was a former Ashtons client.
