£45,000 obtained for injured tree surgeon

A personal injury specialist at Ashtons Legal has obtained a settlement of £45,000 for Mr T, a tree surgeon who was injured in a road traffic collision.

Mr T suffered a serious injury to his shoulder which required surgery and prevented him from working for several months.
