Over £470,000 obtained for an injured Norfolk student

Mr K suffered a fractured pelvis and psychological injuries as a result of a collision where a car pulled out across the path of his motorcycle.

Mick comments: “We were able to secure an early interim payment so that Mr K could have access to a case manager and multi-disciplinary rehabilitation. This has led to him making a good physical and psychological recovery and he has now been able to return to college and to obtain work. He will, however, continue to have some longer-term problems as a result of his injuries and so we rejected an early offer from the car driver’s insurers and negotiated a much higher sum which will give him access to the support he needs in the future.”
