£75,000 injury settlement obtained for company car driver

A personal injury solicitor at Ashtons Legal, has agreed a settlement of £75,000 for Mr T who was injured in a road collision.  Mr T’s company car was hit by another vehicle which was joining the carriageway from a slip road.

Mr T sustained multiple physical injuries, including a fractured rib and abdominal injuries, and also psychological injuries.  These prevented him from returning to work for over a year and he then needed to make a phased return.

Ashtons comment:  “As is often the case with injury claims for people who are in full-time employment at the time of an accident, a reasonable proportion of this claim was to ensure that Mr T was not at a financial disadvantage as a result of a collision which was not his fault.”
