£275,000 compensation obtained following road traffic collision

Michael Wangermann, a personal injury specialist at Ashtons Legal, has successfully negotiated a settlement of more than £275,000 for a man who was seriously injured when he was crushed by a vehicle in a car park.

Mr K sustained severe injuries to both legs requiring multiple operations and extensive rehabilitation.

As part of the claim for compensation, Ashtons Legal referred Mr K to medical and rehabilitation specialists who were able to provide him with advice on his injuries, treatment and opinions, and the reassurance Mr K needed.

Ashtons Legal then made sure that no stone was left unturned when it came to ensuring Mr K’s claim was compensated at the level he deserved.
