£125,000 obtained for girl injured in road collision in Essex

Mick Upton, a personal injury claim specialist at Ashtons Legal, has obtained a settlement of £125,000 for a teenager who suffered serious injuries when the car in which she was a passenger collided with another vehicle.

Ms W suffered a range of orthopaedic injuries and a damaged spleen which had to be removed leaving her potentially reliant on taking life-long antibiotics due to a compromised immune system.

Although her orthopaedic injuries are healing, she currently still suffers a range of symptoms which are affecting both the type of work she is able to undertake and her education. She has both physical scarring from her injuries and psychological damage from the accident.
