Ashtons Legal recruits Mark Henry to growing corporate team

We are delighted to announce that Mark Henry has joined Ashtons Legal’s Ipswich office as a consultant in the firm’s corporate team.

Mark is a highly experienced and well-respected corporate, banking and finance lawyer with a strong profile within the Ipswich business community. Mark specialises in advising clients on corporate transactions across a wide variety of business sectors, including the food, transport and motor, manufacturing and technology sectors. Mark’s expertise in banking and finance, having headed up the banking team of what is now a national law firm, will also provide further strength to Ashtons’ exceptional banking team.

Mark has spent the last few years running his and his wife’s own business ventures, and will bring this experience, as well as his over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, when helping clients achieve their own business objectives.

Mark’s appointment is part of the firm’s long-term strategic growth plans across East Anglia. The successful and fast-growing corporate team that Mark is joining is already recognised as one of the leading teams in the region, with six partners working across East Anglia and beyond.
