Ashtons Legal continue sponsorship of ITFC Women ‘Player of the Month’ award

Ashtons Legal is delighted to continue as the official Ipswich Town Women ‘Player of the Month’ sponsor.

Ashtons has been a commercial partner of the Tractor Girls since 2019, previously sponsoring multiple matches as well as a former Town player. For the 2021/22 season, the firm sponsored the managerial matchwear with our logo displayed on the matchday shirts, jackets and coats worn by the manager and his assistant.

For the 2022/23 season, and now the 2023/24 season, Ashtons sponsor the Tractor Girls’ official ‘Player of the Month’ award, which will be chosen via a poll on Twitter (X) each month.

On extending the relationship with the Tractor Girls, Stefan Mitham, Head of Business Development and Marketing at Ashtons Legal, said: “I am absolutely thrilled that Ashtons Legal is sponsoring the women’s team ‘Player of the Month’ honour again. As a firm with many local connections, and a strong presence within the town with our newly relocated office a stone’s throw from Portman Road, we believe it is important to contribute to the communities in which we work and live in”.

He added: “We have a large number of staff whose daughters and sons play football for grassroots clubs up to professional level, and we take great pride in sponsoring some of their teams as they progress in the sport. ITFC Women continue to do phenomenally well, and we are honoured to be able to support them and continue our long relationship with the team and the club.”
