£75,000 injury claim settlement for motorway crash driver

Mr R was involved in a serious and high-velocity collision with a Ministry of Defence vehicle when both were travelling on a motorway. Mr R suffered injuries to his upper body in addition to a head injury and whiplash. He also suffered from amnesia immediately after the motorway collision. Although the injuries to his body healed well, his subtle brain injury resulted in changes in his speech, mood and memory, and he began to suffer from headaches.
