If your employer has offered to contribute towards your legal fees, please confirm how much? Our minimum charge is £500 plus VAT and if your employer does not agree to increase its contribution, you will be liable for any shortfall. The adviser will discuss costs on receipt of the instruction.

Is there anything special we should know about the exit at this stage? (e.g. state if you are a director, shareholder, keeping any of the property, returning to work for them again in the near future, etc)
