Madison Davies - Paralegal

Madison is a paralegal in our Dispute Resolution team.

She primarily works alongside Annabel Mayer regarding general and property litigation matters, including:

• boundary disputes and other issues relating to title and ownership
• complex residential landlord and tenant matters
• TOLATA claims and co-ownership disputes
• nuisance and trespass claims.

She is currently working towards her CPQ (CILEX) qualification.

In February 2022, Madison started her legal journey at Ashtons as an Office Services Administrator in the Records & Facilities team. By November 2022, she then became a Legal PA within the Lifetime Planning team, igniting her passion for law. Since October 2023, she has been proud to be a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team.

Madison gains great satisfaction assisting clients to achieve positive outcomes tailored to each individual’s requirements.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time cooking with her partner and taking walks with her beloved Chihuahua, Nelly.
