£6,500 obtained for knee injury

Tim Gleave has obtained £6,500 for a Suffolk lady, Miss J, who slipped on a floor at work and injured her knee. She required minor surgery but fortunately has now made a full recovery. Her claim was successful as she had not been provided with safety shoes.

Tim Gleave comments: “We are still seeing too many workplace accidents which could have been avoided if employers complied fully with the appropriate Health & Safety legislation. This is one such example.”
