Last call for BALE Award entries

The closing date for the BALE (Best Alternative Land Enterprise) Award 2013 is just over a week away. The competition will close on Monday 16 September 2013.Ashtons Legal has been running the annual competition in partnership with the Suffolk Agricultural Association (SAA) since 1992. We are pleased to be sponsoring the award once again this year. The aim of the competition is to find the region’s best farming diversification businesses and the competition is open to farmers from across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.The Prizes
The winner will receive the Ashtons Legal Challenge Cup and £2,000* worth of legal advice. As well as prizes for first and second place, there will be a special award for the best newcomer and best green practice. In addition, each entrant will be entitled to a free legal health check by Ashtons Legal.The awards presentation will take place at a gala dinner on Thursday 24 October 2013 at Trinity Park, Ipswich.For details on how to enter, click here.
