£250,000 settlement obtained for family of deceased brain injury sufferer

Mr B suffered a traumatic brain injury and no longer had the mental capacity to instruct a solicitor. Ashtons began his claim, with the help of a family member who was his Litigation Friend, on the understanding that he would need substantial funds in order to access the level of support and care he needed for the rest of his life. We secured interim payments, rehabilitation support, and an early admission of liability and settlement offers.
