“From the moment Penny Horne at Ashtons Legal took on the responsibility of my medical negligence case, I felt supported, respected, and confident that my case was in capable hands. Penny is completely honest and trustworthy, and her work ethic is outstanding.

Penny and the team built a strong, trusting relationship with me. They were friendly, approachable, and reassuring, which made a real difference during what has been a very difficult time. Even when things got complicated, I always felt listened to and treated with empathy.

I found Penny’s guidance, advice, and legal knowledge to be accurate, detailed, and professional. Attention to detail was evident throughout. From preparing the case, dealing with multiple defendants, to ensuring that I received a suitable settlement, everything was handled expertly.

Penny kept me updated regularly, explaining things clearly, and being extra sensitive to my emotional triggers. Nothing felt too much or too small to ask. I always received quick responses, and I genuinely felt that Penny cared about me and my situation. Penny was proactive at every stage and wasn’t afraid to challenge the defendants when needed. Penny actively looked for solutions when issues arose, and always kept in mind the end goal of a suitable settlement for me.

Despite the complexity and length of the case, especially with multiple defendants involved, Penny showed determination in pushing my case forward. She honoured her promises – keeping commitments to me and ensuring strong progress at every stage.

During difficult times, I felt that Penny was always there for me – not just legally but personally. Support was constant; Penny resolved challenges, and I felt that she kept my best interests at heart. The reassurance and collaboration I felt meant I have full confidence in recommending her to anybody in my situation.

I firmly believe that Penny and her team did everything possible to ensure that I received a suitable settlement for my medical negligence claim. They managed all the complications, took on the difficult conversations, and stayed with me through every twist and turn. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Penny and Ashtons Legal to anyone facing medical negligence issues. They are inclusive in how they made me part of the process; considerate in how they handled both legal and emotional aspects; and they followed through with their commitments, delivering on what they said they would.

Thank you so much, Penny and the whole team, for your exceptional service. From a sincerely grateful client.”
