Hannah Jones - Associate
Having trained locally, Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 into practising both residential and commercial property and now specialises in Banking and Finance matters for secured lending transactions, as well as a range of Commercial Property matters including:
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- Commercial Lease matters including negotiation of new leases, lease renewals, assignments and surrenders
- Licences
- Easements
- Secured Lending transactions and
- The property matters involved in corporate disposals and acquisitions.
Hannah regularly receives instructions from global banks to advise in respect of proposed secured lending. Notable transactions include advice to the lender in relation to of a portfolio of pubs nationwide.
Hannah is also part of the legal team advising a global surveying practice in respect of their national network of branches across 115 locations.
Recent transactions Hannah has assisted with are the acquisition of GP surgeries, allotment land and residential care homes. Hannah acts for a range of clients from corporate to individuals as well as charities, pension funds and parish councils.
A number of Hannah’s clients are estate owners who instruct her in respect of all of their property dealings to include new acquisitions, lettings, surrenders, licences and assignments. Hannah enjoys learning about her client’s businesses and their individual needs to ensure her advice is tailored to their unique requirements and circumstances.
Hannah is a first aider and member of Ashtons’ CSR Committee.
