  • advice on the likelihood of you winning or successfully defending the claim
  • advice on what you are likely to recover, if successful
  • advice on whether you are exposed to any cost risks from the other party/ies to the claim.

This will enable you to consider your best and worst case scenarios so that you can give informed instructions on how you wish to take matters forward.

How it works

A fixed fee service is offered for those who take out an advice retainer with us.  In all other cases, our employment solicitors work off an hourly rate or would look to agree a fixed fee with you for the work.
