Shahban Ali - Solicitor
Shahban is a solicitor in our residential conveyancing team.
He is experienced in all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and transfer of equity. He also has some experience of lease extensions and enfranchisement.
Shahban qualified as a solicitor in March 1997 and began his legal career as a civil litigation solicitor primarily dealing with personal injury law. He changed disciplines to property law, following involvement with a construction litigation matter, and has been specialising in residential property law for over eight years.
Shahban acknowledges that buying and/or selling property is often a stressful time for most people. He is able to take this away by being empathetic and explaining the legal process in a clear and concise manner throughout the conveyancing process.
